Thanks to Memri, HERE is some fascinating vision of Egyptian Cleric Mahmoud Al-Masri who teaches children that telling lies is permitted in three ways:-

1. to the wife,

2. to Jews in times of war, and

3. in order to reconcile between two Muslims.
