A new flotilla heading towards Gaza seems to have been thwarted by Nigeria -
Nigeria intercepts 13 Iran missile containers possibly destined for Gaza.
Unfortunately, Fairfax's budget didn't extend to embedding one of its journalists with this shipment so there will be no articles on tomorrow's front page of the Age or the SMH blabering on about Nigerian hyenas intercepting much needed supplies for the poor Gazans.
Pity
ANYTHING FROM kOUTSOUKIS OR MCGEOUGH ON THIS IN TODAY'S AGE?
ReplyDeleteThe Age ran with another puff piece from Gaza by Kosoutkis about a former collaborator who "confessed" to his sins. The story is bullshit fed to a willing listener -although not willing enough to question the flaws in his subject's story. In real life Hamas would have cut off the man's penis before executing him. Clearly, Hamas fed this man to a reporter who wrote a predictable story. That's at least three I've read recently that have failed miserably in alerting Age readers as to the dangers of militant Islamic thuggery in the region.
ReplyDeleteSince Hamas's bloody takeover of the Gaza Strip in 2007, the organization has not only terrorized Israeli towns but has also abused and murdered fellow Palestinians.
ReplyDeleteYou can trust the Age and it's so-called reporters to play stooge for these thugs
Hey, they've got a pet Palestinian as one of their Foreign Desk people. They wouldn't want to OFFREND him - he might get one of his Hamas pals (Pals, get it?)
ReplyDeleteto firebomb the place!
