Two suicide bombers blew themselves and more than thirty innocent civilians on the Moscow Metro yesterday and Vladimir Putin has come out strongly against the terrorists. He's vowing to destroy them. Sorry, Vlad, no can do. Richard Goldstone told the world that if you try that, you're likely to have committed a war crime.
